Mission: 

Caravan of Love's mission is to donate positive vibrations to patients and workers of the Nursing Homes that we visit every Sunday, through music and fraternal chats.

About the Program

Our volunteer initiative brings music, joy, and warmth to elderly residents in nursing homes across Miami-Dade. We believe music has the power to touch hearts, awaken memories, and bring comfort to those who need attention and care the most.

What We Do

A group of volunteers made up of live musicians and a vocal choir regularly visits local nursing homes, offering heartfelt musical performances filled with love and spirituality.

How It Works

Visits take place every Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, following a warm and welcoming dynamic:

Time Activity 

• 9:45 AM Volunteers gather in front of the nursing home 
• 9:55 AM Opening prayer 
• 10:00 AM Group entrance, greeting the residents, and start of the musical performance 
• 11:00 AM Farewell song, expressions of gratitude, and closing prayer

Our Team

We have 28 registered volunteers, including instrumentalists and singers, all united by the desire to serve and bring happiness to others.

Nuestra iniciativa voluntaria lleva música, alegría y afecto a adultos mayores en asilos de Miami-Dade. Creemos que la música tiene el poder de tocar corazones, despertar recuerdos y brindar consuelo a quienes más necesitan atención y cariño.

¿Qué Hacemos?

Un grupo de voluntarios formado por músicos y un coro de voces visita regularmente asilos de la región, ofreciendo presentaciones musicales en vivo, llenas de afecto y espiritualidad.

¿Cómo Funciona?

Las visitas tienen lugar todos los domingos, de 10:00 AM a 11:00 AM, siguiendo una dinámica cálida y acogedora:

Horario Actividad

• 9:45 AM Encuentro de voluntarios frente al asilo
• 9:55 AM Oración inicial
• 10:00 AM Entrada en grupo, saludo a los ancianos e inicio de las canciones
• 11:00 AM Canción de despedida, agradecimientos y oración final

Contamos con 28 voluntarios registrados, entre músicos instrumentistas y cantantes, unidos por el deseo de servir y alegrar.
